Cancel from the Customer Portal any time; access continues until the end of the current period. We offer pro-rated refunds for plans cancelled within 48 hours of renewal if no significant usage occurred — contact support to request.

How a refund affects credit

Refunds revoke the proportional inference credit. If you've already used more credit than your refund proportion, the next message may require a new payment.
