Where data lives

Account + conversation data is stored encrypted in the EU (Frankfurt). Payment data is handled by Stripe under their privacy policy. AI model providers process your messages to generate responses; no message is sold or used for training without your opt-in.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can export your data or delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent; non-financial records are removed within 30 days.
