Where is my refund?

If support has confirmed the refund was issued, the money is already on its way back to the original payment method. The remaining wait is on your bank — we cannot speed up the clearing process from our side, but we can confirm exactly when the refund left our system.

Typical timing

• Most cards show the refund within 5 to 10 business days.
• International cards may take an extra few days due to currency clearing.
• PayPal or wallet payments are usually returned within 24 hours.

If more than 10 business days have passed

Reply to the refund confirmation email and we will send you the payment processor reference number. You can give that reference to your bank — it lets them trace the transaction directly and resolves nearly every delayed-refund case.

Did the refund come back as a credit?

Refunds always go back to the card or wallet that paid for the subscription. If you closed the card before the refund was processed, the funds bounce back to us and we contact you for an alternative method. We do not convert refunds into account credit unless you specifically request it.
