Update your email address
How to change the email on your account if you typed it wrong or want to move to a new inbox.
Your email is the only sign-in factor on the account — there is no separate username or password. Changing it moves your magic-link sign-in, billing receipts, and notification emails to the new address while keeping all of your chats and subscription state in place.
If you can still sign in
- Sign in to the workspace with your current email.
- Open the profile menu and choose Update email.
- Enter the new address and confirm. We send a magic link to the new address to verify it.
- Open the link from the new inbox. The change applies immediately and the old address stops working for sign-in.
If the email was mistyped at signup
If the email on the account is wrong and you never received the magic link, the account technically belongs to whoever owns that mistyped address. Contact support from the email you intended to use, tell us which address was used by mistake, and include any reference numbers from your payment receipt — we can move the subscription to the correct address.
If you have lost access to the old inbox
Write to support with proof of payment — typically the last four digits of the card and the amount or date of the most recent charge. We verify ownership case by case before transferring the account to the new email.
