I was unaware of the charges

The introductory offer is a paid trial that converts to a monthly subscription automatically at the end of the trial window, unless cancelled. The terms of the conversion — the renewal date, the price, and the fact that auto-renew is on by default — are shown on the checkout screen and again in the trial confirmation email.

If the renewal already happened

Cancel from the Customer Portal first. This stops every future renewal. Then, if you cancelled within 48 hours of the renewal and have not used a significant amount of inference credit during that window, contact support — we will look at the usage and refund the period where the policy applies.

If you never intended to subscribe at all

Write to support with the email on the account and the charge details. Tell us what happened. We review these case by case and lean toward issuing the refund when the account shows little or no usage. Please do not open a chargeback first — it locks the account and slows down our ability to help.

Going forward

We send a renewal reminder by email a few days before each charge. If you would prefer to budget message by message instead of by month, our pricing page shows the non-subscription credit packs as an alternative.
