Does my subscription auto-renew?

Yes — every paid plan renews automatically at the end of its billing period unless you cancel beforehand. Auto-renew exists so the service keeps working without interruption while you are using it; it is not an opt-in feature you have to discover.

How to confirm your renewal date

Open the Customer Portal from the account menu. The active plan card shows the price, the cycle, and the next renewal date. The same date is listed on every receipt email you have received.

Renewal reminders

We send a heads-up email a few days before each renewal. If you do not want to renew, cancel from the Customer Portal — that stops the upcoming charge and keeps access live until the period ends.

Switching plans

You can move from monthly to quarterly or the other way around inside the Customer Portal. Upgrades take effect immediately with a pro-rated charge for the remainder of the period; downgrades take effect at the start of the next period.
