Support is handled over email. We do not run a live chat queue — keeping things in writing means every request gets a thought-out answer instead of a fast one, and you have a record of the resolution.

How to reach us

Write to support@nicola.fyi from the email on your account. Using the right email speeds things up because we can look up the subscription and recent activity straight away.

Response times

  • Billing and account questions are typically answered within one business day.
  • Technical issues that need engineering input may take longer — we will reply with an acknowledgement first and a resolution as soon as the fix lands.
  • Refund requests that fit the policy are processed the same business day they are approved.

Before you write in

A quick search of the help center resolves most billing questions immediately, especially around cancellation, auto-renew, and refunds. For technical errors, the technical issues article lists the metadata that lets us diagnose without back-and-forth.

What support cannot do

Support cannot generate content on your behalf, change a model provider’s output, or extend a refund beyond the published policy. For everything else, we are here to help — write in and we will follow up.
