Cancellation and refunds

How refunds work after you cancel, when they apply, and how long they take to reach your bank.

Cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal. Whether a past payment is refundable depends on which plan you were on and how much inference credit has already been consumed. The short version: we are friendly about genuine mistakes and transparent about what is and is not refundable.

Trial credit

The introductory trial charge is non-refundable. The amount paid is converted into inference credit the first time you send a message, and that credit cannot be returned once consumed. This is called out at checkout and again on the receipt email.

Monthly and quarterly plans

If you cancelled within 48 hours of a renewal and have not used a significant amount of inference credit during that window, contact support and we will issue a pro-rated refund. Outside that window we do not refund the unused portion of a paid period — but you keep full access until it ends.

How long refunds take

Once we approve a refund, our payment processor releases it the same day. Most cards see the money back within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. International transfers can take a few days longer.

Effect on inference credit

A refund revokes the proportional amount of inference credit. If you have already used more than the refunded portion, your next message may prompt you to top up before it can send.
