Canceling your subscription

Cancel from the Customer Portal in under a minute. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

You can cancel any paid plan from the Customer Portal at any time. There is no phone call, no retention queue, and no waiting period — the cancellation is instant and you stay in control of the workspace until the current billing period ends.

How to cancel

  1. Sign in with the same email you used to subscribe.
  2. Open the account menu and choose Manage subscription. This opens the Customer Portal hosted by our payment processor.
  3. Select your active plan and click Cancel plan.
  4. Confirm the cancellation. You will receive an email receipt once it is processed.

What happens next

Your account stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. During that time you can keep chatting and using any remaining inference credit. We do not bill you again, and the auto-renew is turned off the moment you confirm.

Came in by mistake?

If you cancelled by accident, you can reactivate the same plan from the Customer Portal before the period ends — your usage history and chats stay in place. If you have already passed the renewal date and were billed for a new period you did not want, see Cancellation and refunds for the next step.
